What is GXP Next?
GXP Next is a cloud property management system built in India for homestays, villas, boutique hotels, resorts and hotel chains. It brings the front desk calendar, booking engine, channel manager, GST invoicing, guest KYC, housekeeping, WhatsApp messaging and reports into one browser app.
Which OTAs does GXP Next connect to?
The channel manager is built around the channels Indian guests book on, such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Airbnb and Agoda. Bookings land on your front desk calendar with direct and walk-in stays. We confirm availability for your exact channels during the demo.
Do I need to install anything?
No. GXP Next runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and it works on weak connections. Your guests don’t install anything either: the Guest Hub opens from a QR code.
Does it handle GST and Form C correctly?
Yes. The GST slab is picked for each night from the room rate, with the CGST/SGST split and SAC codes on the invoice. Foreign guests are added to a Form C queue with reminders and a pre-filled PDF.
What is the difference between Simple and Hotel mode?
Simple mode closes the day automatically and keeps the screens to the essentials, which suits homestays and villas. Hotel mode adds a full night audit, split bills, cash shifts and company accounts. You can switch at any time.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. All your properties sit under one login with a property switcher, and staff can work across properties.
Is it really free up to 3 rooms?
Yes. The Basic plan is free forever for up to 3 rooms.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You get a grace period. After that, your account becomes read-only until the payment is made. You can always see and export your data.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Prices exclude 18% GST. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
What GST applies to hotel rooms?
Since 22 September 2025, room tariffs up to ₹7,500 per night attract 5% GST without input tax credit, and tariffs above ₹7,500 attract 18%. GXP Next picks the slab per night; your CA should confirm how it applies to you.
Can guests pay by UPI?
Yes. Collect advances and settle bills by UPI, card or cash, and every payment is posted against the booking and the invoice.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes for a small property. The setup wizard asks for your rooms, rates and tax details, and pre-fills sensible defaults.
Do you train my staff?
Every role has step-by-step tutorials inside the app, and we can run a short call with your team.
Is my hotel’s data private?
Every property’s data is kept separate from every other property’s. Staff see only what their role allows, and every change is recorded.
